General conditions

All rooms have air conditioning, Wi-fi and Cable television.
We provide bath and facial towels, as well as a bath toiletries.
We offer a buffet breakfast and daily cleaning service.
On the first floor there are 3 shared bathrooms and on the 2nd floor 2 shared bathrooms.
The 2nd floor also has a kitchen, a living room and a dining room.
The keys must be left at the reception every time the guest leaves the Guest House.
There is a 24-hour reception, a bar (open from 16:00-00:00) and a restaurant (open from 19:00-00:00).

Acessibility

Because we are based in an historical old building, we do not have an elevator. However, our team is always available to help you carry your luggage.
Unfortunately, we are not prepared and equipped to host guests with disabilities.

Children pricing and Extra Beds

Children under 3 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds; under 2 years old stay free of charge when using baby cots.
Maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is one and it must be requested prior to arrival.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.

Cancellation policy

There is a cancellation fee of 30% that must be paid when making the reservation, either by credit/ debit card or wire transfer.

Payment options

We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

Parking

We do not have private parking but it is possible to park your car in the street or the surrounding areas (there are a lot of parking spaces).
During weekends, street parking is free of charge.
You can also park your car for a longer period of time in a parking lot just about 30 meters away.
